·Master office-based relaxation and exercise techniques to help improve concentration, performance and health
The workshop will be highly practical, interactive and experiential in approach. Components include Boxercise®, Circuits, Hypnosis and self Hypnosis as well as easy to understand and relevant theory. Participants are asked to come suitably attired for moderate physical activity.
