The Workshop Outline 

The workshop is designed to help you:

 

·         Understand the difference between pressure and stress

·         Recognise the signs, symptoms and causes of stress

·         Develop techniques to remain calm under pressure

·         Master office-based relaxation and exercise techniques to help improve concentration, performance and health

The workshop will be highly practical, interactive and experiential in approach. Components include Boxercise®, Circuits, Hypnosis and self Hypnosis as well as easy to understand and relevant theory. Participants are asked to come suitably attired for moderate physical activity.
